Our Terms:
TRIP SPECIFICS
Our guides will provide transportation to and from the river from a specified meeting location or from your lodgings. Lunch, drinks, and snacks of your choice will be provided on full day trips. Drinks and snacks will be provided on half-day trips. Specific dietary needs should be made clear prior to the trip.
We will provide all necessary fishing gear specified for each trip. While clients are encouraged to use their own gear, our guides will be outfitted with top end rods, reels, and terminal tackle. Flies, tippet, weights, etc. are no extra charge and will be provided by the guide. Hand tied "guide flies" may be bought prior to or following the trip with prior request. Waders and wading boots will also be provided if needed.
You should bring along polarized sunglasses, raincoat, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. Our guides will provide raincoats, hats, glasses, etc. upon request.
You'll have to provide a valid NC or TN fishing license depending on the trip. The license may be purchased before hand online or by phone. North Carolina trips require the Comprehensive Inland Fishing with Trout Privilege license, you can choose either short term or annual.

In order to maintain the quality of our fishing, Trophy Water Guide Service practices catch and release on all the rivers we fish. By maintaining healthy populations of reproducing fish, we can assure our rivers produce trophies for years to come.
*Gratuities are appreciated by our professional guide staff, and are not included in the trip cost. They will work hard to provide you an excellent fishing experience. If you'd like guidance on an appropriate tip, we'd be pleased to make a recommendation.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
All booked trips will require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is due the day of the trip. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, checks, or cash. Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled. Reservations canceled 30 days prior to the trip date will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to trip date will have their deposit held, which can be used for a future trip. Cancellations less than seven days prior to the date of the trip will be responsible for full price of trip.
